jars ~ don't you just love them?

I'm still finding Pinterest endlessly inspiring. I've seen the idea of turning a jar into a soap dispenser many times, but assumed it would be difficult to do.

Well it's not.
I tracked a tutorial back to [THIS SITE] and found it to be easy peasy.
Earlier on today, I bought a jar just for this purpose, and after just a few minutes, I had a new soap dispenser.

You really don't need much in the way of tools for this.
It's literally a case of walloping a hole in the lid, making it large enough to push a soap pump thingy through.
And securing the pump through the hole using a hot glue gun.
Takes about 10 minutes.

It isn't perfect (certainly not as good as the one in the tutorial), but I like it. And I think it looks much better than this ..
