Making seasonal displays both inside the house....
..and outside in the garden.
The clocks went back on Saturday, I really like the early nights, just as much as I like it being dark when I get up ..
Mother Nature is such a beautiful artist at this time of year. Gorgeous colours and chilly weather make me happy.
I enjoy cups of tea out in the back garden, whilst Gorgeous Girl runs around,
the sight of Brussels sprouts sold on the stalk is something I love to see, it tells me Christmas isn't far away! I always have stalks of sprouts to hand during the cold weather months.
It's nice to have a stash of good books beside the bed ...
and of coures, a warm and cosy bed is so inviting at this time of year. Especially if the rain is thrashing down outside.
And of course, I love to plot and plan the coming Christmas.
It's safe to say that I am an Autumn/Winter girl!
