At the end of December I bought a bag of teeny pegs with ivory paper roses attached to them. No idea what I would use them for, but for just £1 I thought they were worth getting.
Yesterday I turned some into pretty little magnets for the fridge.
Too easy for words. Just cut some flexible magnet into thin strips and glue on.
Let them dry, and they're ready to use. These were just what I had leftover, I'd used most by pegging onto the fairy lights in the kitchen. To give them a 'meant to be here for spring, not leftover from Christmas', look. Still loving the 'tin containers as magnets' look, I glued some on to the back of the tin of plasters. This was suggested by The Girl, and I thought it a stroke of genius. If you have kids, you have to be able to find the plasters in seconds to cover up grazed knees and scratches on hands. The side of the fridge is the ideal place to keep them. No more hunting them down.
