The husband has been loving the past couple of weeks, with the Olympics totally dominating the tv channels. Even though I'm disinterested in sport, I can't help but feel proud of Team GB. They have done us proud! As have the people behind the scenes, the opening ceremony was absolutely brilliant.
The husband managed to get tickets for a couple of events. I told him to take photos so I could blog about it afterwards. And he did. He took LOADS! It has taken ages to go through them and decide which ones to edit and share. There are a lot in this post, but I hope you enjoy them. It's nice to see things a little differently to how it is shown on telly.
On Sunday the 29th July, he went to the football at Wembley Stadium.
Sadly he let me down, and failed to get any photos of David Beckham (who was in the crowd with Prince William). Tuesday the 7th August, he was in the Olympic Stadium. He took pics throughout the day, these photos are in no particular order.
There is the tiniest chance I might actually miss it when it ends, but don't tell the husband!
