It's a great place to visit with children. Normally we just walk around and buy a few bits from the shops, but today we paid admission to go on the walk, see the animals and look in the butterfly house (though not for long, it was like a sauna in there!). Children are thrilled to have their hands stamped with the little piggy to say you've paid to get in, but I'm less thrilled. After lots of scrubbing the wretched pigs are STILL on our hands. Great. I'm stuck with a faded pig forever!

Inside the butterfly house.
It was so hot, and the camera lens just steamed up. So I pointed, clicked, and hoped for the best. I managed to get some random stranger quite clearly, but in the very green picture there are some black and white butterflies in the centre. Not clear, I admit, but the best I could get. We stayed in here for about a minute and a half then got out!
I headed to the farm shop ..
And then, we went to where The Girl and I really love to visit. The little shop tucked away by the veggie garden.
I've been after this enamel soap dish for a long, long time. I was delighted to finally get one. The soaps are 'pink champagne' and 'gin and tonic'.
I do intend to use the soap dish for its intended use, but I couldn't resist popping in a jam jar and using it as a vase first (top photo).
So, if you are ever in Suffolk and wonder if Jimmy's Farm is worth a visit, I say that it is. It's a really nice way to spend a few hours.
